How good is your network?
You can feel safe when you choose us as your operator. We have a really good network as we go under Tele2's network. If you want to find out how good your network is with us, you can visit Tele2's coverage map here.
Can I keep my old number?
Of course you can do that. When you change operators, a new SIM card with a temporary phone number is sent out. You can use the temporary number as an extra SIM card until your number is transferred. You will receive an SMS with the date your number will be transferred, until then you carry on as usual.
How do I activate my SIM card?
Most of the SIM cards you receive from us are active right from the start. If the SIM card is not active upon delivery, you can simply email kundcenter@vibeit.nu or call us on 040-133773.
